How Web Wonder Works LLP in Coimbatore collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, the third-party services involved, your rights, and our position under the DPDP Act, 2023.
1. Overview
Web Wonder Works LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing company incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India, with LLPIN ACI-7034, headquartered at Ground Floor, Annamalai Industrial Park, SF No: 277/1A, Kalapatti Main Road, Sharp Nagar, Nehru Nagar West, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641048.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit our website at https://webwonderworks.in, contact us about your business, apply for a role with us, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you send us directly
This website does not run a server-side contact form. Enquiries reach us through WhatsApp, phone or email, and the careers page opens a pre-filled message in your own email client rather than posting anything to us in the background. That means you always keep a copy of exactly what you sent.
When you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to include, which is typically:
- Your name, so we can address you properly in our reply
- Your email address or phone number, so we can respond on the channel you used
- Your business, website and the service you are interested in, so the enquiry reaches the right person
- Your message, so we understand what you need before the first call
- Your CV and portfolio links, if you are applying for a role
We do not collect payment information through this website. Invoicing is handled through separate accounting software, and payments go directly to our bank or payment provider.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, limited data is handled automatically by our hosting and analytics infrastructure:
- IP address, handled by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention
- Browser type and version, to understand how the site is being accessed
- Operating system, used in aggregate reporting
- Pages visited and time spent, to understand which content is useful
- Referring website, to understand how visitors find us
- Approximate location at city or country level, derived from the IP address
This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors unless we are required to do so by law enforcement following due legal process.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, health information, biometric data, caste, religion, sexual orientation or political views through this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries. Your name, email and phone are used to reply, usually within one working day.
- Service delivery. If you become a client, your contact details are used to manage and deliver the agreed services.
- Recruitment. Application details and CVs are used to assess your suitability for the role you applied for, and to contact you about it.
- Business communication. We may send follow-up messages about your enquiry or an existing project. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
- Website improvement. Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow.
- Legal compliance. We may process your information where required to comply with Indian law, a court order or a regulatory requirement.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Where your data is stored
Enquiries and applications are stored in our business email system. Website analytics data, where analytics is enabled, is processed by Google Analytics. The website itself is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages, whose global network includes data centres outside India.
Where your data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with Indian data protection law.
4.2 Security measures
We apply the following measures to protect personal data:
- HTTPS encryption for everything served from this website
- Access controls limiting who on our team can open client and applicant records
- Use of established, security-vetted third-party services for email and analytics
- A static site with no public database, no login and no server-side form storage, which removes the most common causes of a website data breach
- Regular review of our data handling practices
Despite these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure. If you would rather not send something sensitive over the internet, call us on +91 76048 48428 instead.
4.3 Retention period
We retain enquiries and related correspondence for 3 years from the date of last interaction, after which they are deleted. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for 12 months so we can approach you if a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained for 26 months, consistent with the default Google Analytics retention setting. Client project data is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
5. Third-Party Services
The website uses the following third-party services, each of which may process some of your data:
| Service | Purpose | Data processed | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages | Website hosting and delivery | IP address, request metadata | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
| Google Analytics | Website usage analytics, when enabled | Anonymised browsing data, device information | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Maps | The map embed on the contact page | IP address and approximate location when the map loads | policies.google.com/privacy |
| YouTube, in no-cookie mode | Video embeds, loaded only when you press play | IP address and player data after you activate the video | policies.google.com/privacy |
Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font CDN, so no third party is contacted to render type on this site. We do not use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or any other advertising tracking script on this website. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses the following cookies and tracking mechanisms:
- Essential storage. A small amount of browser storage remembers your light or dark theme preference. It does not track behaviour and never leaves your device.
- Analytics cookies. Set by Google Analytics when analytics is enabled, to collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this website.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of how the site behaves.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction. You may ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to erasure. You may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
- Right to withdraw consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to grievance redressal. Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may raise a grievance with us and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@webwonderworks.in with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days.
8. DPDP Act, 2023 Compliance Statement
Web Wonder Works LLP takes its obligations under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 seriously. As a Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website, we:
- Process personal data only for lawful purposes, with consent or another valid legal basis
- Collect only the personal data necessary for the stated purpose, which is the reason this site has no tracking beyond analytics
- Maintain reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches
- Delete personal data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for
- Honour data principal rights requests as described in Section 7 of this policy
- Notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board in the event of a significant personal data breach, as required by law
As the subordinate rules under the DPDP Act are notified by the Central Government over time, we will update our practices and this policy accordingly.
9. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, email contact@webwonderworks.in and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, our technology, the law or other factors. When we make a material change we update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
