Web Wonder Works LLP is an MCA-registered website design and development company in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The service covers business discovery, information architecture, wireframes, custom Figma UI design, content structure, responsive development, CMS and ecommerce builds, custom web applications, performance engineering, accessibility, security review, analytics and post-launch support. One team is accountable from the first discovery call to handover, the client owns the source code, design files and every analytics account, and search architecture is reviewed by Alston Antony before development begins.
Selected work
Screenshots on their own prove nothing about whether a website worked. Every project we publish carries the objective it was built for, the platform it runs on, when it launched, and one result we can point at a source for.
No project on this page yet. We are collecting written client permission and the launch data for the first set rather than posting thumbnails without context. If you want to see relevant work before that, ask on the strategy call and we will walk you through live sites and the decisions behind them.
Choosing a provider
Fourteen criteria worth applying to any provider in this city, including us. Where we still owe evidence, the gap is stated rather than skipped.
Pretty mockups are cheap. A live site in your sector, on a platform you can maintain, is evidence.
Ask for live URLs in your sector on the strategy call, and open them on your own phone rather than trusting a screenshot.
Still owed on this page: Published portfolio with live URLs, launch dates and client permission. Ask for it on the call and judge us on the answer.
A studio that opens Figma first is designing a brochure. Structure comes from how your buyers decide.
Discovery, audience mapping, conversion planning, sitemap and functional scope are all signed off before any visual design starts.
Approving a design in the browser means paying developers to rebuild opinions.
Wireframes then full Figma designs for every template, desktop and mobile, approved in writing before development.
Most Coimbatore traffic arrives on a mid-range Android phone on a patchy connection.
Mobile layouts are designed, not shrunk. Tap targets, form fields and enquiry paths are checked on real hardware.
Inaccessible forms and invisible focus states quietly lose enquiries from people who can afford your service.
Built toward WCAG 2.2 AA practices, reviewed at design stage rather than audited after launch.
Retrofitting search structure onto a finished site costs more than building it in.
URLs, headings, metadata templates, internal links, canonicals, sitemap and redirects are specified before development and reviewed by Alston Antony.
A site that looks fast on a designer's laptop can fail on the connection your customer is using.
Core Web Vitals treated as project targets at the 75th percentile, with images, fonts, CSS, JavaScript and third-party scripts budgeted from the start.
Most small-business site compromises come from stale plugins and shared administrator logins.
OWASP Top 10:2025 awareness applied during the build, with a credential inventory and a tested backup at handover.
An agency that only builds one thing will recommend that thing regardless of fit.
A written platform recommendation with the trade-offs stated, including the cases where you should not use what we usually build.
"Unlimited revisions" either is not true or is priced into the quote.
A defined number of revision rounds per stage, a stated feedback window, and a written line between a revision and a change request.
Some providers keep the code, the domain or the analytics so leaving is expensive.
You own the domain, hosting, source code after final payment, Figma files and every analytics and Search Console account. No hidden administrator.
The most common way a redesign loses money is by quietly discarding search equity.
Crawl, URL inventory, Search Console export, redirect map, canonical map and a post-launch crawl on every redesign, plus a rollback plan.
An unmaintained site slowly stops working, and the bill arrives as an emergency.
A warranty period for defects, then optional maintenance covering updates, backups, monitoring and security patching.
A rating printed on a website is a design element. A rating you can open is evidence.
Our Google rating links straight to the Business Profile so you read the reviews at source rather than a number we typed.
Problems and outcomes
Most websites we are asked to replace do not fail because they look dated. They fail because nobody decided what the visitor was supposed to do next.
A visitor understands the offer, the fit and the next step within a few seconds.
Pages that load before the visitor gives up, on the connection they actually have.
Structure built around how buyers decide, so the right page is one tap away.
Call, WhatsApp and enquiry paths on every template, appropriate to that page.
Real work, real people and real numbers doing the persuading.
Labelled, keyboard-operable forms with errors a person can act on.
Conversion tracking configured before handover, so month one produces data.
Full ownership of code, accounts and credentials, documented at handover.
Redirect mapping and a post-launch crawl that protect existing search equity.
A named point of contact, a warranty period and a maintenance option.
Who delivers the work
One Coimbatore team, with the responsibilities written down. Web Wonder Works LLP is the contracting design and development provider. Search architecture is reviewed by Alston Antony before development starts.
Design, development and delivery

Search architecture and SEO review
Alston reviews the structure of the website before it is built, so search readiness is a design input rather than a retrofit. He does not produce the UI design or write the production code for these projects.
UI design, production code, and day to day project communication. Those sit with the Web Wonder Works delivery team.
Complete scope
Twelve areas of work, each with the activity, the deliverable you receive, the approval gate and who owns it. Nothing here arrives as a surprise line on an invoice.
Stakeholder interviews, audience and journey mapping, competitor review, conversion and measurement planning.
Sitemap, navigation model, page hierarchy, conversion paths, URL plan, content responsibility matrix.
Low-fidelity wireframes, design direction, component system, desktop and mobile layouts, prototype, form and error states.
Message hierarchy, value proposition, page-by-page content structure, proof and objection handling, image brief.
Semantic HTML, responsive layout, accessible components, performance budgets applied during build, not after.
Editor configuration, content modelling, catalogue and checkout, custom functionality, third-party integrations.
Crawlable HTML, URL structure, metadata templates, headings, internal links, breadcrumbs, canonicals, robots, sitemap, structured data, redirects.
Responsive images in modern formats, font strategy, JavaScript and CSS budgets, third-party review, keyboard and screen-reader smoke testing.
HTTPS, security headers, least-privilege accounts, dependency and plugin review, spam protection, backups, integration hardening.
Cross-browser and cross-device testing, form and integration testing, content proofing, redirect testing, launch runbook.
GA4 and Tag Manager setup in your accounts, conversion events, Search Console and Bing verification, consent handling.
Defect fixes during the warranty window, then optional maintenance for updates, backups, monitoring and patching.
Website types
The same team, but genuinely different builds. A procurement buyer and a patient booking an appointment need different structures.
Credibility, services, proof and one obvious enquiry path. Usually 8 to 20 templates with a CMS your team can run.
Built for a catchment: service pages, area context, reviews, click-to-call and WhatsApp above the fold on mobile.
Product, application and capability architecture for technical buyers, with downloadable specifications and RFQ paths.
Catalogue structure, category content, product templates, checkout and payment, on WooCommerce or Shopify depending on fit.
Single-purpose pages with one action, tight measurement and no navigation competing for attention.
Tamil and English handled as separate content with correct hreflang, not machine-translated duplicates.
Accounts, gated content, roles and permissions, with access control treated as a security requirement.
Workflow tools, dashboards, booking systems and internal software where an off-the-shelf CMS is the wrong answer.
Rebuilding an existing site while protecting the URLs, content and search equity that already earn.
Strategy and architecture
Two stages that decide whether the website will work, both approved in writing before anyone opens a design tool.
Before structure, we establish what the website has to achieve commercially and for whom.
The sitemap is where the commercial argument becomes a structure. It is approved in writing before design.
UI and UX
Wireframes, then full Figma design, then written approval. Revision rules are defined before the first round, not after a disagreement.
Layout decisions get made in low fidelity, where changing them costs minutes rather than days.
Full visual design in Figma, including the states most projects forget until QA.
Where a workable logo and visual system do not already exist, that work happens here, before the design direction is applied to templates rather than handed to a separate agency afterwards.
The line between a revision and a change request is written down before the project starts, because that is where most client disputes come from.
Content
Three routes for copy, one responsibility matrix, and a deadline per page. Unassigned content is the most common reason a launch slips.
Content is the most common reason a website project stalls, so responsibility is assigned at the start.
Development
Frontend, CMS, ecommerce and custom functionality, with the editing experience treated as a deliverable rather than an afterthought.
Semantic, accessible, responsive markup with performance budgets applied while building rather than audited afterwards.
The editing experience is a deliverable. If your team cannot publish without help, the build failed.
Platform choice
Nine options, each with the case it suits and the trade-off it carries. We build on several of these on purpose, because a provider who only builds one thing will always recommend it.
Marketing sites, service businesses and content sites where speed and low running cost matter most.
Trade-off: Not the right answer if non-technical editors need to restructure pages freely every week.
Businesses publishing regularly whose team wants full control of pages and content.
Trade-off: Flexibility comes with an update and security burden somebody has to carry.
Stores already on WordPress, or needing unusual pricing, tax or workflow rules.
Trade-off: You are running software, not renting a platform. That is more control and more responsibility.
Retail and D2C brands that want to sell without operating infrastructure.
Trade-off: Less control over URLs, checkout and data structure than a self-hosted store.
Multi-channel content, multiple front ends, or teams with a defined editorial workflow.
Trade-off: Two systems to understand instead of one. Overkill for a ten-page brochure site.
Application-like interfaces, dashboards, logged-in areas and heavily interactive products.
Trade-off: The wrong tool for a marketing site, which is where it is most often mistakenly used.
Business logic no CMS models well: quoting engines, portals, booking systems, internal tools.
Trade-off: Only worth it when off-the-shelf software genuinely cannot do the job. We will say so if it can.
We build on more than one of these deliberately. A platform recommendation comes with the trade-offs written down, including the cases where the honest answer is that you do not need a custom build at all.
Search readiness
Search structure is specified before development and validated by crawl before and after launch.
Search readiness is an architecture decision. Adding it after launch means rebuilding URLs, templates and internal links.
SEO-ready design creates a strong technical and structural foundation, but no web design company can guarantee rankings. Rankings also depend on content, competition, authority, search intent and ongoing SEO. Ongoing SEO is a separate growth service.
Performance
Core Web Vitals treated as project targets at the 75th percentile, with budgets applied during the build rather than audited afterwards.
Speed is designed in and measured in the field. A lab score on a fast laptop is a diagnostic, not a result.
We commit to the budgets, the techniques and the measurement. We do not guarantee a field score, because it depends on your content, hosting, third-party scripts and every change made after handover. Anyone promising a fixed load time for every page on every connection is describing a lab test.
Accessibility
Built toward WCAG 2.2 AA practices, tested with a keyboard and a screen reader before launch.
Built toward WCAG 2.2 AA practices. We do not call a site legally compliant, because that claim requires a formal independent audit.
Security
OWASP Top 10:2025 awareness applied to the build, plus the Cloudflare controls that matter for a business website.
OWASP Top 10:2025 awareness applied to the build, with ASVS used as a reference where a project needs formal rigour. We do not claim a site is completely secure.
Conversion and analytics
Tracking configured in your accounts before launch, so the first month produces evidence instead of guesswork.
Every action worth money gets an event, configured in your accounts before launch so the first month produces data.
Redesign and migration
The work that separates a redesign from an expensive mistake, none of which is visible in a design review.
A redesign is the most common way a business quietly loses search traffic. Visual approval is not a launch criterion on its own.
Our process
Twelve stages with the approval gates marked. You always know what has been signed off and what happens next.
A strategy call to establish fit, then discovery workshops covering goals, audiences, conversions and constraints.
A written scope with templates, functionality, integrations, revision rounds, timeline assumptions and payment milestones.
The sitemap, URL plan, conversion paths and functional requirements, reviewed for search structure before design.
Low-fidelity layouts per template so structural decisions are settled cheaply.
Full UI design for every template at each breakpoint, with component system, states and prototype.
Written sign-off per template. Development starts after approval, not alongside it.
Responsive build, CMS or ecommerce configuration, performance and accessibility work, all on a staging URL you can review.
Content loaded per the responsibility matrix, then forms, payments, CRM and analytics wired and tested.
Cross-browser and device testing, forms, integrations, redirects and content proofing, then your written acceptance.
Scheduled go-live with DNS, redirects, sitemap submission, staging noindex removal and a launch-day crawl.
Source code, Figma files, credential inventory, documentation and a live training session for your editors.
The warranty clock starts at go-live. Report a defect and we fix it. If you take maintenance, the first update and backup cycle runs in the same month.
Everything below is a deliverable, not a description of effort.

Industries
Ten sectors with genuinely different buyers, pages and conversion points. We do not claim to serve every industry equally well.
Procurement buyers search specifications and capabilities. Product and application architecture, certification pages, downloadable specs and RFQ paths.
Domestic wholesale and export buyers research differently. Catalogue structure, capacity and compliance pages, bulk enquiry paths in both directions.
A worried reader deciding quickly. Department and procedure pages, clinician credentials, visiting information and appointment paths that work one-handed.
Admissions run on a calendar and two audiences. Course and outcome pages, fees clarity, and separate journeys for parents and students.
High value, long consideration, locality driven. Project and locality templates, specification detail, gallery handling and qualified enquiry forms.
Category pages carry the commercial intent and are usually thinnest. Catalogue structure, product templates, checkout and payment.
Selling outside Coimbatore, often outside India. Comparison pages, documentation that ranks, trial and demo paths, integration content.
Discovery happens on a phone. Photography-led templates, menus and rooms, direct booking paths and Maps consistency.
Trust-led categories where credentials outrank cleverness. Service depth, named expertise, published thinking and a low-friction first contact.
Built for a catchment: service and area pages with genuine local content, reviews, and call or WhatsApp above the fold on mobile.
Case studies
There is no case study published here yet. We are gathering client permission, launch data and measured outcomes rather than writing narrative around a screenshot. When a project clears the standard below, it appears here in full.
In the meantime, ask on the strategy call. We will open live sites, explain the decisions and tell you which ones we would make differently now.
Ask for a walkthrough of live workAn honest comparison, including the situations where you should not hire us. No competitor is named.

| Best when | The website has to produce enquiries and survive a redesign | Budget is near zero and the site is temporary | Scope is small and well defined | You need a large brand programme |
Pricing and scope
Website projects are quoted after discovery, because the honest price depends on scope you and we have not yet agreed. Anyone quoting a website before understanding your templates, content and integrations is quoting a template.
A single-location business or professional practice that needs credibility and a clear enquiry path.

The testimonial below is for a launch campaign and broader digital marketing work, not a website design project. It is labelled honestly rather than presented as web-design proof. A website-specific testimonial will appear here once a client has approved one.

Web Wonder Works™ have done an excellent job, reaching everyone's hearts and minds. This launch alone has paved a great path for my success.
Judge on evidence rather than adjectives. Ask for live URLs in your sector, ask what happens before design starts, ask how many revision rounds are included, ask who owns the code and accounts, and ask what protects your rankings in a redesign. A company that answers those in writing is a safer bet than one that calls itself number one.
It depends on the number of templates, how much content exists, what functionality you need, integrations, migration, languages and support level. We quote after discovery, against a written scope. Fees exclude 18% GST, and payment runs against milestones rather than one lump sum.
A standard business website commonly takes 4 to 8 weeks from approved scope. Ecommerce and custom platforms commonly take 8 to 16 weeks or more. Content supply and approval turnaround move the date more than anything we control, which is why both are written into the proposal.
Design covers the strategy, structure, user experience and visual system: what the site says and how it is arranged. Development covers the code, CMS, functionality and integrations that make it work. We do both, and we keep them as separate stages so the design is approved before anyone builds it.
Yes. Wireframes first, then full Figma designs for every template at desktop and mobile, including form, error and success states. You approve the design in writing before development starts. Approving a design in the browser means paying developers to rebuild opinions.
A defined number of revision rounds at wireframe and design stage, stated in your proposal, with a feedback window per round. A revision refines an approved direction. A change to approved scope, structure or functionality is a change request and is quoted before work starts. We do not advertise unlimited revisions.
Custom design on a reusable component system. That means the layouts are designed for your content and journeys, while shared components keep the build efficient and consistent. If a template genuinely fits your budget and needs better, we will tell you.
Whichever fits your editing needs, functionality, budget and maintenance appetite. We build on Astro, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, headless CMS and custom stacks. The recommendation comes with the trade-offs written down, including where the honest answer is a simpler platform than you expected.
Yes, and we build them without a bloated page builder generating the markup. WordPress suits teams who publish often and want full control. It carries a real maintenance obligation: core, theme and plugin updates are a security requirement, so budget for maintenance from the start.
Both. Shopify suits brands that want to sell without operating infrastructure, with predictable monthly cost and less control over URLs and checkout. WooCommerce suits stores wanting full control of pricing, tax and workflow rules, and accepts more maintenance in exchange. Catalogue size and internal capability usually decide it.
Yes, where business logic no CMS models well: quoting engines, portals, booking systems, dashboards, internal tools. It is scoped from a functional specification, priced against the process it replaces, and needs a real maintenance arrangement. If off-the-shelf software can do the job, we will say so.
Mobile layouts are designed rather than shrunk, and tested on real hardware. Most Coimbatore traffic arrives on a mid-range Android phone, often on a patchy connection, so tap targets, form fields, image weight and enquiry paths are all decided for that case first.
Yes. Crawlable HTML, logical URLs, metadata templates, heading structure, internal links, breadcrumbs, canonicals, robots directives, XML sitemap, structured data, image optimisation, redirects and a custom 404, with Search Console and Bing verified in your accounts. Search architecture is reviewed before development rather than retrofitted.
SEO-ready design creates a strong technical and structural foundation, but no web design company can guarantee rankings. Rankings also depend on content, competition, authority, search intent and ongoing SEO. Ongoing SEO is a separate growth service, not part of a website build.
It can, and that is the most common expensive mistake in a redesign. We crawl the existing site, export Search Console and analytics as a baseline, identify ranking and linked URLs, build a one-hop redirect map, check content and metadata parity, then run a post-launch crawl and monitor coverage. A rollback plan is agreed before launch.
One of three routes, agreed at the start: you supply final copy, we structure and edit what you have, or full copywriting is scoped separately. Responsibility is assigned page by page in a content matrix, because unassigned content is the most common reason a website project stalls.
Yes. Tamil and English are handled as separate content with correct hreflang and language-specific URLs, with Tamil written and reviewed by Tamil speakers. We do not machine-translate pages and publish them, because duplicated auto-translated content creates a quality problem rather than reach.
You do. The domain and hosting are in your name, the source code transfers after final payment, you get the Figma files, and Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and Bing all live in your accounts. You receive a credential inventory, and no hidden administrator account is retained.
No. There is no forced hosting lock-in. We will recommend hosting appropriate to the platform and can manage it if you want that, but the account stays in your name and the code moves with you if you leave. Recurring costs are disclosed before anything is purchased.
You get a training session, written documentation, a credential inventory and a warranty period covering defects. After that, maintenance is optional and separate: updates, backups, monitoring, security patching and small changes. An unmaintained site slowly stops performing, so it is worth budgeting.
The warranty covers defects: something delivered in the agreed scope that does not work as specified. A new feature, a design change or a content addition is an enhancement and is quoted separately. The distinction is written into your proposal so it is not argued about later.
It is built toward WCAG 2.2 AA practices: semantic structure, skip link, keyboard operability, visible focus, measured contrast, labelled fields, actionable errors, adequate target sizes and reduced-motion support, with a keyboard and screen-reader smoke test before launch. We do not describe a site as legally compliant, because that requires a formal independent audit.
With OWASP Top 10:2025 awareness applied during the build: HTTPS, security headers, least-privilege accounts, administrator hardening, dependency and plugin review, input validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting, spam protection, secret management, backups with a tested restore, and monitoring. No provider can honestly call a website completely secure.
Yes, in your own accounts, before launch. GA4 and Tag Manager, a documented event taxonomy, conversion events for form, WhatsApp, phone and booking actions, ecommerce tracking where relevant, plus Search Console and Bing verification. The site starts producing usable data in month one instead of month six.
Yes. Enquiry routing to a CRM, payment gateways, booking and scheduling tools, WhatsApp, email services and ERP connections where an API exists. Integrations are listed in the scope with their dependencies, because a third-party limitation found late is what delays launches.
Yes. We work across Tamil Nadu, elsewhere in India and with exporters selling overseas. Projects run remotely with scheduled calls and a shared staging URL. Being Coimbatore-based simply means local clients can sit in the room for discovery and design reviews if they want to.
A conversation about the business goal, access to your existing site and analytics if there is one, a decision maker who can approve design, and a realistic view of who supplies content. We send a written scope after discovery, and nothing is built before you approve it.
